The life of young Zuzia takes on a whole new meaning when the unusual dog-traveller Lampo unexpectedly joins the family. The remarkable white Swiss shepherd, whose train trips become an internet sensation, immediately becomes the best friend of the girl suffering from a serious heart condition. But not everyone shares in Zuzia's admiration of Lampo and his newfound fame. The envious manager of the railway station plots to rid the station of the beloved dog. When he succeeds, Zuzia is left heartbroken and her health begins to decline without Lampo by her side.
